By accessing and using Dilonet, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership in Dilonet is restricted to verified freight forwarding companies. We reserve the right to deny or terminate membership to any entity that does not meet our verification standards or violates our code of ethics.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass or abuse other members
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to breach the security of the platform

4. Payment Terms

Membership fees are billed annually. Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dilonet facilitates connections between freight forwarders but is not responsible for the actual shipment of goods or any disputes arising from transactions between members.
